At our facilities we offer small group training sessions, fully adapted to all levels and physical conditions of each person. In this way, we can guarantee more personalized attention and correct execution of the exercises.

Methodology

We use a methodology based on fitness trainer Michael Boyle, ideal for adapting training to all levels. Our system is based on repetitions, respecting the necessary rest times and ensuring appropriate progression for each person by recording client loads week after week.

Session

Breathing and hypopressives: We start the session on the floor with breathing and hypopressive exercises to activate the deep core, pelvic floor and diaphragm.

Active mobility and dynamic stretching: We stretch and mobilize the muscles and joints that tend to become more rigid due to bad postures and repetitive movements from day to day.

Activation, coordination and balance: We prepare the muscles with varied exercises that combine balance and coordination.

Power and plyometrics: A fundamental aspect, since power is the first quality that is lost with age. We work with box jumps and medicine ball throws, always controlling the impact.

Strength: The main part of the session. We program exercises to work the whole body in each workout, progressively adjusting the loads to improve strength and muscle development. Always with a functional approach, adapting exercises and weights to the level of each person.

Resistance: We finish with a "HIIT" type resistance workout, where we seek to increase the heart rate with short-duration but high-intensity exercises. The "Air Bike" bicycle will be the protagonist of this phase.
