Injury rehabilitation

Injury rehabilitation
The readaptation of an injury is a fundamental process to be able to return to practice sports (RTP) and subsequently be able to compete again (RTC), minimizing the risk of recurrence of the same injury or the possibility of suffering another one.
Through strength training we want to ensure that the athletes' structures are as robust as possible in order to reduce the risk of injury.

Methodology
- Precise assessments and monitoring with appropriate technology (force gauge, linear encoder, rotational encoder, contact platform) for precise prescription and optimization of training programs.
- Use of conical pulley to optimize specific movements and eccentric overload work for greater tissue preparation for more specific demands
- Specific training to improve key qualities for good readaptation.
- Variability-based training to work on coordination as well as strength
- Optimization of training for more optimal recovery.
