Sports performance

Online training is a great way to train with us if you don't want to or can come directly to our center. With the objectives mentioned above (Strength training, rehabilitation or performance) you will be able to enjoy the quality of our training, a completely individualized template with videos and precise explanations of the exercises that are adjusted every 4-6 weeks depending on what each client needs.

Methodology

  • Initial in-person assessments (if necessary) to determine goals, weaknesses, risk factors and learn about the current performance or current situation of the athlete or client.
  • Assessment method: Contact platform, force gauge, linear and rotational encoder, general assessments (FMS)
  • Constant communication with the trainer for any questions and unforeseen options to readjust the training according to the client's logistical situation.
  • Reassessments every 4 or 8 weeks depending on the client's objective and needs.
